Kirrawe Indigenous Corporation's membership consists of community members who are:
(a) At least 18 years of age and an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person
(b) The right to vote is only permitted at the age of eighteen (18)
(c) non-Indigenous people, as long as the majority of members are Indigenous
The Directors cannot accept an application for membership if it results in a majority of members being non-Indigenous, and will notify that person in writing of the decision and the reasons for it.
The corporation does not impose fees for membership of the corporation.
Our members are actively involved in the community.
The members of Kirrawe Indigenous Corporation actively participate in cultural events, assist with fundraising activities and provide voluntary services to the community.
